Cancellations

Ebook Orders Cancellation Policy

Our ebooks are delivered digitally upon completion of your order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email before download access is granted.

Once you've downloaded your ebook, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution if there are technical issues with the file. After you've received your order, you have 7 days to address any quality or technical issues.

Technical/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a screenshot demonstrating the technical issue with the ebook file, along with your order number.

Refunds Policies

Ebook Orders Refund Policy

Because ebooks are digital products delivered immediately, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with technical issues or download problems. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a screenshot demonstrating the issue.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I'm located outside of the US?

Digital products like ebooks may be subject to VAT or other digital taxes depending on your country. These taxes may be included at checkout based on your location. For more information regarding your country's digital goods taxation policies, please contact your local tax authority.
